EPSI (Engineered Pressure Systems, Inc.), a world leader in custom-engineered high-pressure solutions, offers an intensifier module specifically designed to replace older and/or damaged intensifier units, regardless of the original intensifier manufacturer or hydraulic system supplier. The robust structure of EPSI’s intensifier module ensures high reliability and low maintenance costs, without having to replace the entire system.

With its simplicity of design, EPSI’s intensifier module can operate independently from the existing hydraulic components and their electrical controls, all of which continue to be used.

The intensifier module design is such that it takes only a few minutes to replace the existing hardware, and afterwards customers are usually able to perform what little maintenance is needed in house. As well as standard modules described, EPSI can customize modules to meet out-of-the-ordinary specifications.
